Belly Love, LLC: Profile & Services

Please go to the Good Life Medicine Center's website to book an appointment.

Eecole Copen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).  She holds a Masters in Nutrition from Bastyr University (Seattle, WA) and attended East West College of the Healing Arts (Portland, OR) to complete her LMT.

Belly Love is a combined modality created by Eecole.  She meets her clients’ needs through both nutrition counseling and bodywork. Through nutrition counseling, Eecole helps clients identify potential causes of gut dis-ease and provides dietary guidance to help the client get back on the track to comfort and digestive wellness. Through body work, Eecole helps clients unwind and uses techniques that relax the whole body, with some time spent focusing on the belly and the organs surrounding the belly to help increase digestive flow, open the heart, & improve breathing capacity. Since the belly can be a vulnerable place where not many people have been touched, Eecole takes great care in checking in with a client’s needs and comfort level.

Eecole works with clients who experience fatigue, food allergies or intolerances, bloating, chronic diarrhea, constipation, stomachaches, and gut discomfort of any sort.  Food intolerances can also lead to fuzzy thinking, exhaustion, skin problems, sinus issues, chronic colds, & arthritis.

Eecole has special training in Chi Nei Tsang, a form of Chinese abdominal massage that can detoxify and energize the organs in the abdomen, leading to more efficient functioning of all major systems.  She also has training with the low FODMAP diet (Fermentable Oligo-saccharides,  Disaccharides, Mono-saccharides and Polyols), an evidence based approach which helps control gastrointestinal symptoms associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Functional Gastrointestinal disorder (FGID). These are not the only techniques employed with Belly Love, but can be included in a client’s treatment.

October- December 2013, Eecole is accepting payments on a sliding scale:
$30-$60 for a 45 minute session
$45- $75 for a 60 minute session
$60-$ 100 for a 90 minute session.
Sessions can include nutrition counseling, massage or both.
